you that orders made from this site are subject to the following terms
& conditions :
1. All prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiahs. The indicated US Dollar serves
as an indication of the approximate Indonesian Rupiahs equivalent. (US Dollar
value may change depending on the prevailing exchange rates).
2. For Plants and Flowers categories, all prices are excluding
delivery fee within Jakarta and Surabaya. Delivery will be done by our couriers.
3. For Home Living and Antique categories, all prices are excluding delivery fee
within Indonesia area. Delivery will be done by JNE couriers.
4. For
same-day fresh flowers delivery, please place your order before 5:00 PM, Monday – Sunday. If you need complete information about fresh flowers
delivery service, please look at our Shipping & Delivery.
5. Flowers and items used in all arrangements
are subject to their availability. ONNI reserves the right to replace any
item with another of equal value depending on availability.
6. Filling out
your order form and finish the billing page. You know your order has
been accepted when you receive an email notification.
7. Please provide all details in the order form to avoid unnecessary
delay and mistakes.
8. ONNI reserves the right to verify and check the authenticity of any orders
if we suspect any potential fraudulent credit card payment. Hence,
information of the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be
contactable. ONNI will not be held responsible for the delivery of the
purchased items should information given by the sender is invalid.
9. For same day delivery, ONNI will not be held responsible for any delay if
you place an order less than 5 hours range. However, we will try to accommodate
delivery at exact timing as far as possible.
10. Items on special offers are not eligible for another discount and
promotion.
11. Warranty of Goods / Services: All our
goods / services will serve their intended functions.
12. Prices: All our prices are nett. No
discounts will be given unless during ongoing promotion.
13. Payment Processing: We do not accept cash payment.
14. Cancellation of Orders: We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted & paid by the user. We will refund the
amount paid if the order is cancelled due to our inability to deliver the
goods with the delivery agreement.
15. Once the order is delivered or received, the order is assumed completed. We
will not accept and responsible for any request of re-packaging or
re-delivery.
16. Confirmation of Orders: We will send an
electronic information to you within 24 hours upon successful submission
of the electronic order. It is the responsibility of the customers to call
ONNI if they are in doubt of the online purchase/transaction/payment.

18. Refund Policy: The customer shall have no right to any refund (or exchange)
for payment made once we have started to process the orders. However, in
instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the
customer must submit a written request for refund.

- Reasons for cancellation or refund
All requests submitted are subject to approval
on a case to case basis and at the discretion of the company management.
